Good read! I feel like a lot of rewritten adventures give you who the character is via their occupation or bury their wants in large blocks of text. Having simple "Want: X, Believe: Y" at beginnings of NPCs, especially social ones, would be super handy!
I think there's a little bleed over from an authors perspective, but I think its great to think about when you improv an npc, which is a little more along the approach I felt you were taking with the piece. I also like the idea of a random table to roll on to help with npc generation!

As an actor, the first two things I look for are the desire and the point of view. I'm sort of amazed this hasn't bled over into RPG writing.
